What sleeping hours are most effective for kids’ growth?

I’ve heard that kids need around 7-8 hours of sleep, and that there is a period during those sleeping hours that is most effective in their growth spurt and when their height grows the most per se. What hours are most effective when it comes to growth in height for children? Any source provided will be much appreciated since it would be more reliable than a guess. Thanks in advance. 10 points for best answer!

I don’t think a specific time really matters- when your tired you should go to bed or when your child is tired he or she should go to bed. It’s really important to listen to your body. For growth to be effective- your child should sleep as much as necessary for their body- and no experts don’t recommend that children get 7-8 hours of sleep more like 10-12 hours of sleep. Lack of sleep contributes to major health problems, surprisingly obesity.
